Sr. Software Engineer (AI/ML) (Remote - India)

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML-focused software engineer to design, develop, and scale cloud-based enterprise solutions. In this role, you will work across the full technology stack, building frameworks, services, and features that power a global platform. You will contribute to both backend and AI/ML components, prototype innovative ideas, and turn them into production-ready features. This position emphasizes best practices, quality, scalability, and mentoring other engineers while collaborating in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. Accountabilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise-level cloud applications and AI/ML-powered services
• Develop prototypes and convert them into scalable, production-quality features
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement high-quality, reliable solutions across distributed environments
• Advocate and implement modern software development methodologies and best practices, including Well-Architected Framework principles
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues reported by internal teams or customers
• Mentor and coach junior engineers, promoting code quality, testing, and scalability mindset
• Participate in technical documentation, code reviews, and knowledge sharing across the engineering team

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience building highly scalable enterprise services, platforms, or products
• Strong backend expertise with one or more of the following: Node.js, Java, Python, Golang, Redis
• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB/DynamoDB)
• Familiarity with modern cloud platforms and serverless architectures; AWS experience is a plus
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and applying machine learning in production environments
• Knowledge of cloud-based integration with CRM and third-party systems, and workflow orchestration patterns
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in high-growth or startup environments is highly desirable
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and mentoring skills; self-motivated and proactive
