We are seeking a talented software engineer passionate about developing scalable, robust, and high-performance cloud-based services. In this role, you will contribute to the core platform that supports multiple product lines, including authentication, authorization, reporting, auditing, notifications, and APIs. You will have the opportunity to tackle cloud-scale challenges, define best practices, and shape the way platform services are designed, tested, and delivered. Accountabilities:

Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable and resilient platform microservices that support multiple product teams
Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure operational visibility and reliability
Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning and deployment pipelines using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Terragrunt) to improve efficiency
Provide technical leadership in system architecture, design, and development best practices, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other teams
Drive operational excellence by participating in post-mortems, incident resolution, and initiatives to reduce technical debt and improve system reliability
Enhance cross-team collaboration and align platform capabilities with business objectives

Requirements

Strong expertise in authentication and authorization systems, including multi-tenancy and tenant isolation strategies
Proven experience delivering enterprise-ready, cloud-based software with a focus on performance, security, and scalability
Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (C#, Go, or Java) and experience with API services, distributed systems, and microservices
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native application design
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices
Expertise in observability and monitoring tools (Datadog, Prometheus, or similar)
Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills; experience working with platform/core/shared services teams is highly desirable
