Accountabilities

  • Define and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies, including positioning, messaging, and launch plans across multiple markets and buyer segments.
  • Lead product launches by partnering with product, marketing, sales, enablement, and customer success teams to ensure market readiness and alignment.
  • Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to inform product strategy, pricing, and packaging.
  • Guide sales teams with effective sales enablement materials, messaging frameworks, and competitive differentiation tactics.
  • Develop and manage cross-functional initiatives as a project-based leader, aligning execution to business and financial targets.
  • Monitor market trends and customer usage data to optimize GTM strategies and identify opportunities for growth or product enhancement.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, translating insights into roadmap recommendations and tactical market approaches.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or SaaS B2B environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferred in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong strategic thinking and executive-level presentation skills.
  • High empathy for users, strong customer-centric mindset, and ability to translate insights into action.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing product marketing portfolios.
  • Knowledge of modern marketing technologies, trends, and frameworks.
  • Analytical problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail and outcomes.
