Sr Product Designer (Remote - UK)

In this role, you will create innovative, human-centered product experiences that transform how people work across digital platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other designers to deliver user-centric solutions from concept through to delivery. This position emphasizes empathy, creativity, and strategic thinking, allowing you to influence design decisions and improve the overall user experience. You will also have the opportunity to mentor and coach other designers, contributing to a culture of collaboration and growth. Accountabilities

• Develop end-to-end, user-centered product experiences based on human-centered design principles and research data
• Translate user needs into high-fidelity design solutions that prioritize usability, accessibility, and consistency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reconcile feedback, provide design leadership, and contribute to product strategy
• Integrate AI insights or tools into workflows to enhance user experience where appropriate
• Mentor and coach team members to foster professional growth and a shared design vision
• Participate actively in the full product development lifecycle, from research and ideation through to implementation

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant product design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating human-centered, end-to-end design solutions
• Expertise in design tools and methods to deliver comprehensive, high-fidelity specifications
• Experience integrating or critically evaluating AI in workflows, problem-solving, or decision-making
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with web and software application design processes and best practices
• Growth mindset with a focus on continuous learning and improving design capabilities
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior designers is a plus
