Sr. Product Designer - Remote

This role offers the opportunity to lead the design of AI-powered, human-centered products that make complex technology feel intuitive and accessible. The Sr. Product Designer will own end-to-end design processes, from user research to interaction design, shaping workflows, interfaces, and features used by millions. You will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and researchers to craft responsive, scalable, and delightful experiences across web and mobile platforms. This position is remote, flexible, and ideal for designers passionate about AI-driven products and impactful user experiences.

Accountabilities:

• Lead the full design process for major product areas, including 0-to-1 initiatives
• Design AI-first product experiences, such as conversational interfaces, data visualization dashboards, and adaptive user workflows
• Conduct user research, usability tests, and behavioral analysis to inform product decisions
• Create design systems, onboarding flows, and accessible, responsive interfaces across devices
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure design feasibility and seamless implementation
• Advocate for user trust, explainability, accessibility, and inclusive design principles
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of design culture and best practices

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience at fast-growing tech companies
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design processes and shipped products
• Expert proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, and modern design workflows
• Experience designing AI/ML products, developer tools, or complex B2B software
• Proven track record in user research, data-driven design, A/B testing, and behavioral analysis
• Strong collaboration skills with engineers and familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML/CSS/React)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities
• Preferred: experience with motion design, multimodal AI interfaces, AR/VR, or design team leadership
