This role provides the opportunity to shape next-generation AI-supported therapy experiences that enhance accessibility, engagement, and effectiveness in mental health care. Accountabilities

Lead the design of AI-supported mobile experiences, focusing on iOS and Android platforms
Create user-centered workflows that improve accessibility, engagement, and effectiveness of therapy
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and AI/ML teams to integrate design with technology
Contribute to cross-platform design solutions, ensuring consistency across mobile and web experiences
Develop and maintain design systems, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI assets in Figma
Incorporate user research and accessibility standards into the design process to enhance inclusivity
Iterate on motion design and micro-interactions to improve usability and delight in AI-driven features

Requirements

5+ years of professional experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing shipped products
Proven experience designing native mobile applications (iOS and Android) with a mobile-first mindset
Expertise in Figma for end-to-end product design, prototyping, and design system contribution
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and ideally AI/ML teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate design decisions and tradeoffs
Preferred: experience integrating AI or machine learning features into user experiences
Preferred: familiarity with accessibility standards, motion design, and designing for high-trust domains
