One of our companies is currently looking for a Sr. Machine Learning Engineer in the United States.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team at the intersection of technology and mental healthcare. As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you'll develop and deploy machine learning models that power intelligent product features, from clinical decision-making tools to personalized recommendations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions, analyze outcomes, and bring impactful models into production. This is a highly collaborative role that combines technical expertise with a passion for innovation and real-world impact. Remote work is available anywhere within the U.S.

Accountabilities:

• Design, build, and maintain ML models for search, recommendation, and clinical support
• Write production-ready Python code to integrate models into real-time infrastructure
• Develop and manage robust data pipelines for collecting, labeling, and processing data
• Collaborate with product managers and clinical stakeholders to align ML solutions with user needs
• Partner with data scientists to analyze A/B tests and optimize model performance
• Contribute to system architecture decisions and help scale ML engineering best practices

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in industry-level ML engineering
• Deep expertise in machine learning algorithms and deployment workflows
• Strong coding skills in Python and experience with production systems
• Familiarity with real-time ML pipelines and online experimentation
• Strong communication skills and experience working across technical and non-technical teams
• Ability to prioritize impact-driven decisions in a fast-moving environment
• Preferred: Experience with Kubernetes, JVM languages (e.g. Kotlin), LLM applications, or Bayesian methods
• Experience working with sensitive healthcare data is a plus
