This role is ideal for a technically skilled, hands-on engineer who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys leading complex field service projects. You will manage IT initiatives across remote healthcare offices, including office relocations, equipment refreshes, and IT closet modernization. The role requires close collaboration with leadership, IT teams, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless technology operations. You will provide mentorship to junior staff, deliver onsite installations and maintenance, and act as a trusted advisor for technology solutions. This position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on operational efficiency while supporting critical healthcare services across multiple locations. Travel up to 50% nationally is required, allowing for a variety of on-site project experiences.
