This role offers an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled and client-focused professional to bridge the gap between sales, product, and implementation teams. You will own the technical delivery of customer solutions, including data integrations, workflow automation, and cloud data warehousing, ensuring scalable and high-quality implementations. The position involves hands-on solution design, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and supporting multiple concurrent projects while maintaining strong client relationships. You will contribute to process improvements, reusable frameworks, and technical documentation as the company scales. Ideal candidates combine technical expertise with excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills in a dynamic, remote-first environment.

• Accountabilities:
• Collaborate with Sales to understand customer requirements and define technical solutions.
• Lead product demonstrations, discovery sessions, and technical workshops for clients.
• Design, configure, and implement data integrations, workflow automations, and warehouse connectivity.
• Serve as technical owner for onboarding, ensuring successful delivery of CRM, DMS, and ETL solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while maintaining proper documentation of integrations.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align solutions with client needs and feedback.
• Develop reusable playbooks, templates, and technical documentation to improve team efficiency.
• Track project metrics, contribute to KPIs, and provide guidance to colleagues and client teams.
• Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS data integration, APIs, workflow automation tools (e.g., N8N, Zapier, Make), and cloud data warehousing.
• Solid understanding of data structures, ETL processes, and customer data systems (CRM, DMS, websites, inventory).
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and client communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines.
• Preferred: experience in a remote-first environment and familiarity with automotive or SaaS platforms.
