This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Solution Engineer in the United States.
As a Solution Engineer, you will serve as the critical bridge between technical innovation and business value, helping clients understand, adopt, and maximize solutions that improve operational efficiency and automation. In this role, you will deliver in-depth technical demonstrations, lead solution design discussions, and support integration initiatives with ERP platforms. You will collaborate closely with sales teams to identify client needs, address technical challenges, and ensure that product implementations deliver measurable business impact. This position involves travel to client sites and events, and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-growing environment where your technical expertise and communication skills directly influence customer success. You will be a trusted advisor to both prospects and internal teams, shaping the adoption of cutting-edge automation technologies while contributing to revenue growth and client satisfaction.
Accountabilities
Lead pre- and post-sales technical engagements, including solution demonstrations, workflow modeling, and integration planning.
Maintain expert-level knowledge of the platform and provide technical guidance on ERP integrations, automation, and payments technology.
Design and present tailored demos and presentations that clearly articulate the platform’s value, features, and benefits.
Consult with clients to uncover needs, resolve technical challenges, and deliver innovative solutions.
Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to remove obstacles and support deal closures.
Gather client feedback to inform product improvements and enhance the customer experience.
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events as needed.
Continually develop and refine the client demonstration environment and technical processes.
Requirements
BA/BS degree with 3+ years of experience in a technical or product-focused role, preferably in SaaS, payments automation, or ERP integration.
Accounting, Finance, or CPA credentials are a plus.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Executive presence, excellent presentation and public speaking skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders including C-level executives.
Proven experience leading ERP integrations and delivering technical solutions that address customer pain points.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities and projects.
Strong problem-solving skills with creativity in designing solutions and overcoming obstacles.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment, with 25% travel expected.
Experience in B2B technology applications and familiarity with automation and payments platforms.
