Accountabilities

• Lead technical activities for large-scale new product introductions, focusing on hybrid cloud and on-prem deployments
• Provide architecture guidance and implementation expertise for infrastructure workflows, software releases, workload orchestration, and system tuning
• Develop and document scalable solutions, translating requirements into architecture, design, and roadmap plans
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of new product architectures across hardware and software layers
• Analyze, validate, and optimize distributed systems to meet performance, reliability, and operational goals
• Mentor peers and contribute to cross-team knowledge sharing, driving technical excellence and innovation

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in system engineering, infrastructure, or related fields
• BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience delivering complex, high-impact projects in cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, or platform engineering
• Strong problem-solving skills, sense of ownership, and excellent communication for cross-functional collaboration
• Expertise in system-level architecture including hardware and software considerations
• Experience with DevOps, SRE practices, or infrastructure at scale
• Motivated self-starter capable of working concurrently with multiple groups locally and internationally
• Preferred: experience with ML/AI infrastructure, multi-cloud services, bare metal as a service, or large-scale distributed system design
