We are seeking a talented Full-Stack Software Engineer to join a distributed, remote engineering team focused on building innovative, user-facing solutions for web applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to lead the development of large-scale features, enhance product functionality, and improve user engagement. This role offers the opportunity to influence technical strategy, advocate best practices, and mentor peers while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Accountabilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of web application features, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements
  • Influence software architecture, technical strategy, and product development decisions
  • Advocate for engineering best practices, code quality, and maintainable codebases
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing and technical growth
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across frontend and backend systems, ensuring smooth performance and reliability

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience building software applications in a full-stack environment
  • Proficiency in Node.js, React, TypeScript, Python, Django, and GraphQL
  • Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/Google Cloud SQL) and NoSQL solutions (Google Cloud Datastore)
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, containerization, and orchestration tools (Docker, Google Kubernetes Engine)
  • Strong understanding of frontend and backend development challenges and best practices
  • Effective team collaboration, mentorship, and communication skills
  • Bonus: experience with marketing, social media, e-commerce platforms, third-party API integrations, or analytics/CRM technologies
