We are seeking a talented Full-Stack Software Engineer to join a distributed, remote engineering team focused on building innovative, user-facing solutions for web applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to lead the development of large-scale features, enhance product functionality, and improve user engagement. This role offers the opportunity to influence technical strategy, advocate best practices, and mentor peers while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Accountabilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of web application features, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements
Influence software architecture, technical strategy, and product development decisions
Advocate for engineering best practices, code quality, and maintainable codebases
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing and technical growth
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across frontend and backend systems, ensuring smooth performance and reliability

Requirements

3-6 years of experience building software applications in a full-stack environment
Proficiency in Node.js, React, TypeScript, Python, Django, and GraphQL
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/Google Cloud SQL) and NoSQL solutions (Google Cloud Datastore)
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, containerization, and orchestration tools (Docker, Google Kubernetes Engine)
Strong understanding of frontend and backend development challenges and best practices
Effective team collaboration, mentorship, and communication skills
Bonus: experience with marketing, social media, e-commerce platforms, third-party API integrations, or analytics/CRM technologies
