Accountabilities

Design and deliver engaging, functional user interfaces across web and mobile platforms
Translate complex business requirements into smooth, user-friendly experiences
Implement front-end features using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX designs
Maintain visual consistency and uphold design standards across projects
Optimize interfaces for performance, responsiveness, and accessibility across a range of devices
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform iterative improvements
Create and maintain design systems to ensure a coherent visual language across products

Requirements

Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality work
Proficiency in React.js and familiarity with modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design techniques
Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, EC2, and API Gateway
Comfortable working in agile environments and managing design processes efficiently
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, testing, and iterative development practices
Preferred: experience with front-end build tools (Webpack, Sass), design software (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch), RESTful APIs, and collaboration with back-end teams
