This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior UI and Visual Designer in the United States.
In this role, you will define and execute the visual identity of enterprise digital experiences, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and aesthetic excellence across multiple platforms. You will translate UX flows into polished, high-fidelity designs that are both visually compelling and development-ready, supporting marketing, conversion, and user engagement goals. Collaborating closely with product, content, and engineering teams, you will maintain and evolve a scalable design system while championing brand integrity and accessibility standards. Your work will directly influence the effectiveness and perception of the digital product, ensuring a seamless experience for all users. This is a hybrid role with in-office collaboration in NYC, San Francisco, or McLean, VA.
Accountabilities:
- Create pixel-perfect, development-ready visual designs for enterprise websites, including navigation, templates, and core pages
- Maintain and enhance a comprehensive visual design system, including typography, iconography, and UI components
- Ensure strict adherence to brand standards, visual guidelines, and aesthetic consistency across all platforms and screen sizes
- Adapt visual designs for responsiveness, usability, and performance across mobile, tablet, and desktop interfaces
- Optimize high-value interactions such as forms, lead capture, and purchase flows to maximize engagement and conversion
- Champion accessibility best practices (WCAG AA), focusing on color contrast, focus states, typography, and semantic element design
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, content strategists, and front-end developers, to ensure smooth implementation
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in UI, Visual, or Digital Product Design, preferably in enterprise or B2B environments
- Expert proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch)
- Strong visual design skills with a portfolio demonstrating typography, color, layout, and composition applied on live websites
- Experience developing, documenting, and maintaining scalable visual design systems or component libraries
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards and best practices
- Experience designing for content-right experiences and optimizing visual interactions for lead generation
- Familiarity with SaaS or software websites, including portals, documentation, and compliance interfaces, is a plus
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS (Flexbox/Grid), and responsive design to communicate effectively with engineers
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality, pixel-perfect visual specifications and interactive prototypes
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience and specialized training
