Accountabilities:

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to design and implement impactful features
Develop, test, deploy, and maintain backend and frontend systems with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability
Own features end-to-end, ensuring observability, maintainability, and continuous improvement
Contribute to architectural discussions and provide technical guidance to team members
Help shape and foster an engineering culture of high-quality code, collaboration, and continuous learning
Adapt to changing priorities and contribute to product strategy discussions to maximize user and business impact

Requirements

5+ years of experience building complex web applications
Strong backend development experience, ideally in Python using frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask; experience in statically-typed languages (Go, Java, C#) is also valued
Solid understanding of frontend technologies, preferably including React
Familiarity with databases and caching systems, such as PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, and Redis
Proven ability to deliver high-quality code and work collaboratively across disciplines
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with evolving priorities
Strong ownership, communication skills, and the ability to mentor and guide peers
Startup experience and a passion for building products that deliver real user impact
