Accountabilities

As a Senior Software Engineer - React.js, you will:

Develop scalable, maintainable, and performant SPAs using React, TypeScript, Tailwind, and CSS modules
Build reusable and accessible UI components using design systems, Storybook, and modular CSS
Optimize frontend performance across browsers and devices
Collaborate with architects, product managers, and UX designers to deliver engaging and intuitive user interfaces
Implement automated testing strategies using tools like Vitest and Playwright to ensure high-quality code
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth automated deployments and integration
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

Significant experience in a Senior Software Engineer role or equivalent
Hands-on expertise with React.js, including in-depth knowledge of its internals and ecosystem
Proficiency in TypeScript and modern frontend tooling
Strong understanding of browser internals, debugging, profiling, and performance optimization techniques
Experience building component libraries and working with Tailwind, modular CSS, design systems, and Storybook
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks for frontend systems
Proven track record of project leadership, mentoring, and introducing new technologies or practices
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
Self-motivated and able to deliver projects independently in a fast-paced environment
