This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the technical architecture and development of enterprise-scale post-sales systems within a CCaaS and Conversational AI environment. You will design, implement, and optimize interaction routing, AI-driven agent tools, and integrations across complex enterprise platforms. • Accountabilities
• Serve as the primary technical owner and architect for post-sales CCaaS systems, ensuring platform health and roadmap execution.
• Design, implement, and maintain sophisticated interaction routing flows and treatment logic to optimize both customer and agent experiences.
• Develop custom AI agents, platform extensions, and integrations using Python within the contact center ecosystem.
• Deploy, manage, and optimize native CCaaS-based AI solutions, including real-time transcription, sentiment analysis, and agent assist tools.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party APIs for conversational AI, generative AI, and other critical services.
• Implement and manage real-time data processing workflows and API-driven connections to other business-critical systems.
• Collaborate with Customer Support, Product, and engineering teams to align system capabilities with business needs and strategic initiatives.
• Requirements
• 6+ years of experience in technical roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or technical Product Manager focused on enterprise software, SaaS, or AI.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with contact center platforms (CCaaS) and routing.
• Strong proficiency in Python development and RESTful API integration.
• Experience with real-time data processing, complex system integrations, and database management (SQL).
• Proven ability to manage technical lifecycles of complex enterprise projects or products.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bonus: experience launching AI or bot-related products, working with iPaaS platforms (e.g., Workato, Zapier), and familiarity with speech analytics models.
