We are seeking an experienced Mobile Software Engineer to drive the development of high-performance, native iOS applications in a fast-paced, innovative environment. This role focuses on architecting scalable mobile frameworks, solving complex technical challenges, and delivering exceptional user experiences for field technicians. Accountabilities

Lead the design, development, and optimization of native iOS applications using Swift
Architect scalable mobile frameworks and features supporting thousands of users daily
Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-impact solutions
Integrate GraphQL to efficiently connect mobile clients with backend services
Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning
Champion best practices in code quality, performance optimization, and mobile architecture
Utilize TCA and shared state management practices to improve app performance and maintainability

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
6+ years of experience in mobile application development, with a strong focus on iOS
Expert-level proficiency in Swift and hands-on experience in architecting mobile applications or frameworks
Strong experience with GraphQL and integrating mobile apps with backend services
Knowledge of TCA for iOS applications and experience optimizing shared state
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Preferred: Master's or PhD in a relevant field, experience in technical leadership, SwiftUI, and regular use of AI-assisted development tools
Nice-to-have: Familiarity with MVI architecture patterns, CI/CD tools like Bitrise or GitHub Actions, and end-to-end automation testing
