In this role, you will contribute to a dynamic engineering team focused on delivering high-quality software solutions for a global audience. You will help design, develop, and maintain interactive applications, working closely with designers, product leaders, and fellow engineers. This role emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and technical excellence, enabling your team to create solutions that streamline workflows and enhance user experiences. You will participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and process improvements while maintaining a strong focus on performance, quality, and scalability. Accountabilities:

• Develop and maintain interactive applications using C# and other relevant technologies.
• Collaborate with designers, product leaders, and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide constructive feedback during code reviews.
• Contribute to defining application architecture and technical standards.
• Participate in problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Ensure work is aligned with project goals, deadlines, and quality expectations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in C# and understanding of asynchronous programming principles.
• Proven track record of developing, shipping, and maintaining production software.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with Windows desktop or native application development, WPF, WinForms, or modern UI frameworks (MAUI, WinUI, Xamarin.Forms, Avalonia) is a plus.
• Familiarity with performance optimization, code modernization, and front-end technologies (JavaScript/CSS/HTML) is advantageous.
