As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in building and enhancing digital experiences, backend services, and APIs that empower millions of users. You'll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering leaders, and fellow developers to design scalable solutions, implement best practices, and contribute to the overall architecture. This role offers the opportunity to work across a modern technology stack, including serverless infrastructure, front-end frameworks, and data platforms, while influencing both technical and product decisions. You will mentor team members, optimize workflows, and ensure high-quality delivery in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. Accountabilities

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

Develop, maintain, and enhance a modern full-stack B2C platform integrating front-end, backend, and data services
Write clean, scalable, and testable code while defining configuration management and automation across AWS, Salesforce, and Snowflake infrastructure
Review code contributions, provide feedback, and optimize solutions for maintainability and performance
Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to translate business and UI requirements into technical specifications
Work alongside test automation teams to deliver reliable, predictable, and high-quality releases
Mentor and coach team members, elevate engineering practices, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

5+ years of hands-on software development and architecture experience on B2C products
Proven experience overseeing product iterations from ideation to release
Expertise as a full-stack developer with object-oriented programming languages such as TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, or Java
Strong experience with React or React-based frameworks (Next.js, Remix)
Fluency with CI/CD practices, version control (Git/GitHub), and automation frameworks like Playwright and Jest
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Openness to learning Salesforce development for internal tool use cases
Nice to have: financial services experience, senior developer or team lead experience, knowledge of Terraform/Infrastructure-as-Code, AWS services, and data modeling for platforms like Snowflake
