The Senior Frontend Engineer will play a key role in building and maintaining high-performance, scalable web applications that power enterprise-grade marketing and customer engagement platforms. This role involves close collaboration with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver intuitive, accessible, and efficient user experiences. You will work across multiple product areas, contributing to features that impact the entire customer lifecycle, from engagement tools and analytics to internal platforms. Accountabilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance frontend applications for enterprise-grade marketing and messaging platforms
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to translate wireframes and prototypes into production-ready code
  • Optimize frontend architecture, state management, and performance for scalability and responsiveness
  • Improve code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to best practices
  • Identify and address technical debt to ensure long-term maintainability of the frontend codebase
  • Contribute to frontend technical decisions and stay current with emerging technologies to enhance developer velocity and product performance

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in frontend software development
  • Proficiency with modern JavaScript/TypeScript and React
  • Experience building high-scale applications for enterprise customers
  • Strong understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and performance optimization
  • Experience working with GraphQL, RESTful APIs, and backend services integration
  • Familiarity with frontend testing, CI/CD practices, and best practices for maintainable code
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and translate complex requirements into clean, maintainable solutions
