This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Frontend in Europe.

This role offers the chance to shape and deliver world-class user experiences for a global, cloud-based platform. You will join a fully remote engineering team, collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to build and maintain interactive, high-performance web applications. Your work will directly influence the usability, scalability, and reliability of the platform, while driving innovation and implementing modern frontend technologies. Accountabilities:

  • Design and implement intuitive and responsive user interfaces using modern frontend technologies
  • Collaborate with product designers and engineers to translate UI/UX concepts into functional features
  • Maintain, optimize, and extend frontend components for scalability, performance, and accessibility
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to maintain code quality
  • Monitor emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability to improve the platform
  • Contribute to backend integration with Node.js, REST APIs, and database systems when needed

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in frontend development with JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern ECMAScript standards
  • Expert knowledge of React and state management systems (e.g., MobX, Redux)
  • Experience with CSS preprocessors such as LESS or SASS and strong visual design sensibility
  • Familiarity with backend development basics, including Node.js, REST APIs, and relational or NoSQL databases
  • Experience working with cloud environments, Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and continuous deployment workflows
  • Strong communication skills, self-directed work ethic, and ability to thrive in a collaborative team
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality, user-centric solutions
