Accountabilities

As a Senior Front-end Engineer, you will:

Develop, design, debug, and maintain components of web applications using modern front-end technologies
Write automated unit and integration tests to support continuous integration pipelines
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and flexibility
Rapidly prototype and implement minimum viable products in collaboration with peers and senior engineers
Work effectively within distributed cross-functional teams and communicate technical vision clearly
Identify and resolve development roadblocks while driving tasks to completion
Contribute to continuous improvement of software and development processes within an agile environment
Participate in the creation and refinement of user stories alongside the team

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

6+ years of professional front-end development experience
Deep understanding of web development principles and best practices
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with one or more front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue (React + Redux preferred)
Experience with TypeScript, automated testing (Jest & Cypress), and CI/CD workflows
Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to challenges
Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate based on customer feedback
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain high quality standards

Bonus Skills:

Familiarity with CMS templates and web optimization techniques
Experience in remote collaboration and agile development frameworks (Scrum or Kanban)
