In this role, you will design high-impact, user-centered experiences that empower professionals to succeed and grow within a digital marketplace. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and marketers to transform complex workflows and marketplace challenges into elegant, data-informed design solutions. Leading projects from concept to launch, you will influence strategy, drive roadmap decisions, and ensure cohesive, intuitive, and delightful experiences across all professional-facing products. Your work will directly contribute to measurable improvements in engagement, quality, and business outcomes. The role requires a strong blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and executional excellence, with opportunities to mentor others and shape the overall design culture.

Accountabilities

Design user-centric experiences that balance business objectives with intuitive, elegant interfaces
Partner with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, engineers, and researchers, to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions, identify opportunities, and iterate rapidly
Create multiple concepts and prototypes, ranging from low-fidelity sketches to polished, pixel-perfect designs
Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and refine designs to enhance engagement, adoption, and ROI
Mentor and collaborate with other designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and design excellence

Requirements

5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating impactful projects
Strong UX, interaction, and visual design skills, with a human-centered approach
Ability to balance high-quality craftsmanship with rapid iteration and experimentation
Proven experience designing and implementing customer experiences that drive measurable growth
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Bias for action and a strategic mindset, understanding the impact of design on users and business outcomes
