In this role, you will lead the design of cutting-edge mobile applications that empower industries like construction, energy, and agriculture to operate more efficiently. Accountabilities:

Lead the full design lifecycle, from user research and prototyping through to final design implementation
Develop and manage scalable design systems that ensure consistency across mobile platforms
Apply customer-centric frameworks such as Jobs to Be Done (JTBD) to design experiences that meet user needs and drive business objectives
Partner with engineering, product, and customer success teams to align designs with business and technical requirements
Conduct usability testing, iterate based on feedback, and continuously improve the user experience
Present design concepts and decisions clearly to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years' experience leading end-to-end mobile app design projects
Proficiency with modern design tools, particularly Figma
Strong background in creating and maintaining scalable design systems
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, with practical experience applying JTBD or similar frameworks
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fully remote team environment
A strong portfolio showcasing impactful, user-centered mobile design work
Flexibility to travel occasionally for customer visits, company gatherings, or industry events
