This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for defining and driving end-to-end growth strategy across multiple marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, SEO, and lifecycle/email programs. You will partner closely with senior marketing leadership to shape growth roadmaps, onboarding strategies, and performance targets across a portfolio of client accounts. The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on marketing leadership, requiring both analytical rigor and strong execution oversight. You will manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team while ensuring consistent performance across acquisition and retention channels. Acting as both strategist and operator, you will define what “good” looks like across CAC, lead quality, and revenue contribution. This is a remote role supporting US-based clients in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment.
