As a key member of a mission-driven marketing team, you will be responsible for leading digital acquisition and engagement strategies to grow and retain membership. This role offers the opportunity to shape and execute data-driven digital campaigns, manage cross-functional projects, and drive improvements in performance across digital channels. You will work with both internal teams and external agencies, combining strategic oversight with hands-on leadership. Accountabilities

Lead and optimize the organization’s digital marketing strategy to support year-round growth and retention goals.
Oversee digital assets including the website, landing pages, social media, email, SMS campaigns, and digital analytics tools.
Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, ensuring high-quality digital creative and efficient media buying.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Analytics, Engineering, Compliance, and Sales teams to align strategy and execution.
Implement and monitor SEO and AEO best practices to improve online visibility and drive qualified traffic.
Develop performance reports and dashboards, translating digital metrics into actionable insights for leadership.
Manage and mentor a team of digital marketers to deliver high-impact campaigns and improve digital experiences.
Own the development and rollout of go-to-market plans, content strategies, and digital campaign calendars.

Requirements

8–10 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in both agency and startup environments.
Proven ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns, manage teams, and drive performance.
Strong background in SEO, web strategy, lead generation, and digital media optimization.
Hands-on experience with website management, campaign execution, and performance tracking tools.
Familiarity with highly regulated industries; Medicare Advantage experience is a strong plus.
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and implementing insights.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Previous experience in mentoring junior staff and leading agency relationships.
