Accountabilities

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on direct mail, growth marketing, or multichannel campaigns

• Strong analytical skills to segment audiences, interpret campaign performance, and optimize strategies
• Experience collaborating across teams including creative, analytics, and sales functions
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and reporting tools
