Accountabilities

Lead the design process for projects including consultation, concept ideation, timeline development, and final execution
Develop branded graphics for print and digital ads, websites, social media, presentations, and other collateral
Collaborate with colleagues, vendors, copywriters, and creative directors to create cohesive visual solutions
Ensure final deliverables meet high-quality standards and project objectives
Apply contemporary digital media best practices and provide technical visual recommendations
Present design concepts to stakeholders and advise on brand evolution
Manage multiple assignments independently, ensuring deadlines are consistently met

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
5-7 years of professional graphic design experience
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
Strong understanding of composition, color theory, typography, perspective, page layouts, and grid structures
Knowledge of print production processes and digital/web design, including animation for social and websites
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and strategic thinking
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
