Accountabilities

Develop and implement design strategies aligned with brand and business objectives across multiple channels
Lead concept creation and produce high-quality designs for branding, marketing campaigns, digital assets, print collateral, and presentations

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
7+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity, strategic thinking, and multi-format expertise
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
Proven ability to lead projects, provide creative direction, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Exceptional skills in visual storytelling, layout, typography, and branding
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
