In this role, you will create visually compelling and strategically aligned presentations and proposal materials that directly support business growth. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to design impactful PowerPoint decks, templates, and digital collateral that elevate client pitches and proposals. This position requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and strong project management skills to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. You will also explore new design formats and technologies to push creative boundaries while ensuring brand compliance. Accountabilities

Design and deliver high-quality PowerPoint presentations, proposals, and templates that are brand-compliant and visually impactful
Translate briefs into creative concepts and visuals tailored to client pitches, RFPs, and business development initiatives
Partner closely with bid managers, proposal authors, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with project goals
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high standards
Innovate with new formats such as infographics, interactive PDFs, and digital assets to enhance engagement
Troubleshoot technical design issues for both print and digital delivery

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, commercial art, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in graphic design with a focus on sales, presales, and pursuit marketing collateral
Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, strategic thinking, and experience across multiple formats
Advanced proficiency with tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, and Acrobat Pro
Expertise in developing customized PowerPoint presentations, templates, and proposal documents
Strong project management skills, able to meet deadlines under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Ability to adopt and implement new design innovations, including interactive presentations and digital formats
Executive presence and ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders are a plus
Mastery of English required; experience with motion graphics, animation, or brand identity development is desirable
