Senior Frontend Software Engineer

• Accountabilities:
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship across the full software development lifecycle, guiding team growth and performance.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable, distributed, and responsive web applications with a focus on usability and reliability.
• Translate UI/UX wireframes into high-quality, maintainable code while implementing robust unit, component, and end-to-end tests.
• Collaborate with product and architecture teams to develop technical solutions aligned with long-term goals.
• Identify and address technical debt, system performance issues, and opportunities for process or operational improvements.
• Apply AI technologies such as LLMs, prompt engineering, or agents to enhance product functionality and user experience.
• Support CI/CD practices, DevOps tooling, and cloud infrastructure to ensure efficient and reliable deployments.
• Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, continuous learning, and psychological safety within the team.
• Requirements:
• BA/BS in a relevant technical field and/or 5+ years of progressive frontend engineering experience.
• Strong frontend development experience, including Angular (16+), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS/SCSS, and state management libraries like NgRx.
• Experience with Angular Module Federation/micro frontends and building shared components or GUIs.
• Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks such as Cypress and best practices in coding, code reviews, and design patterns.
• Backend/API experience in C#, .NET, Python, or Golang is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud technologies such as AWS, Terraform, Azure DevOps, and Octopus Deploy.
• Bonus: experience in healthcare or health IT.
