This role sits at the core of a fast-evolving developer experience organization focused on redefining how engineers build, test, and ship software at scale. You will design and implement frontend systems for internal developer tooling that support the full software delivery lifecycle, from initial development to production deployment. The work blends strong engineering fundamentals with emerging AI-powered workflows, helping shape next-generation tools that improve developer velocity, reliability, and usability. You will collaborate closely with engineers across the organization to understand pain points and translate them into intuitive, scalable user interfaces. Accountabilities

Own frontend development for internal developer tools, from design and implementation through deployment and long-term maintenance.
Build scalable, maintainable web interfaces supporting both AI-powered and traditional developer workflows.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering teams to identify pain points and deliver effective tooling solutions.
Prototype and iterate quickly on developer-facing products based on user feedback and real-world usage.
Lead technical initiatives across developer experience systems, including architecture decisions and design documentation.
Improve engineering productivity by enhancing internal tools, workflows, and frontend system quality.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and mentoring to raise engineering standards.
Ensure reliability, usability, and performance across complex frontend systems integrated with backend services.

Requirements

5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on frontend development.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript and modern frontend development practices.
Experience with component-based frameworks such as React or similar libraries.
Proven ability to design and build large-scale web applications, including UI, APIs, system design, testing, and deployment.
Experience working with AI-powered developer tools and integrating them into engineering workflows.
Strong software engineering fundamentals including testing, code quality, documentation, and maintainability.
Experience leading complex, cross-team technical initiatives from conception to delivery.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in distributed or fully remote environments.
Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to technical leadership within teams.
