In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable front-end applications that deliver engaging experiences to millions of users. You will work in a fast-paced Agile environment, collaborating closely with product designers, back-end engineers, and QA teams to translate requirements into performant React components. The role emphasizes modern front-end best practices, accessibility, and responsive design, while also integrating AI-assisted development tools responsibly to accelerate delivery. You will take ownership of complex UI architecture, mentor teammates, and contribute to process improvements. Accountabilities

• Develop, maintain, and ship high-quality React-based front-end features in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Translate designs, wireframes, and product requirements into accessible, performant, and responsive UI components
• Own UI architecture decisions, including component design, state management, data fetching patterns, and abstractions
• Write well-tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews while mentoring peers on best practices
• Debug, triage, and resolve issues across browsers and devices in partnership with QA and product teams
• Optimize front-end performance for scalability, including rendering efficiency, Core Web Vitals, bundle size, and caching strategies
• Define and implement AI-assisted engineering best practices, using tools like Cursor responsibly to accelerate development without compromising code quality

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience building production web applications with React or another major JS framework
• Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), DOM fundamentals, and React principles (hooks, composition, lifecycle)
• Experience with asynchronous UI patterns, RESTful APIs, and modern authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT)
• Familiarity with front-end tooling (Vite, Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn/pnpm) and Git-based workflows (branching, PRs, CI/CD)
• Practical experience using AI-powered development tools and validating generated code for correctness and security
• Strong HTML, CSS/SCSS, and responsive design skills; familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG/ARIA)
• Experience with testing practices and tools (unit, integration, E2E) to ensure robust and reliable applications
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and user experience
