We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front End Developer to join a dynamic creative technology team, focusing on building visually stunning, responsive, and high-performance web applications. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders, translating UI/UX designs into functional, pixel-perfect front-end experiences. You will take ownership of front-end architecture, reusable code, and integration with backend systems, ensuring smooth delivery across campaigns and web platforms. The ideal candidate is proficient in modern front-end technologies, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment. You will have the opportunity to shape innovative solutions while contributing to projects that have a tangible impact.

Accountabilities

  • Develop fully responsive, pixel-perfect front-end code using HTML, CSS, SASS, CSS3 animations, and SVG
  • Translate UI/UX wireframes into interactive, visually appealing web interfaces
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future projects, ensuring maintainability and scalability
  • Integrate front-end components with backend systems and web applications
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and global teams to present ideas and ensure project success
  • Participate in testing, debugging, and performance optimization of front-end solutions
  • Maintain high-quality standards across web media, banner campaigns, and digital assets

Requirements

  • Proven experience developing web applications with strong command of HTML/HTML5, CSS, and basic JavaScript
  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles and platform-specific optimizations (mobile vs. desktop)
  • Familiarity with templating languages and automated testing/unit testing platforms
  • Basic proficiency in image authoring tools (e.g., Photoshop) for cropping and resizing assets
  • Experience with front-end development tools such as Adobe Animate, Google Web Designer, and custom email/banner tools
  • Familiarity with ad servers (DCS, DV360, Flashtalking, DCM, Sizmek) and testing platforms (Email on Acid, Litmus)
  • Experience with marketing tools like MailChimp, Salesforce, Marketo, or Bluvenn is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in distributed teams
