This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead creative and experiential design for client-facing projects, blending strategic marketing expertise with pre-sales conceptual visualization. You will be responsible for translating ideas into compelling 3D visual representations of branded environments, ensuring consistent brand communication across physical and digital media. Collaborating with marketing leadership and internal teams, you will influence creative direction for trade shows, sales presentations, and other experiential initiatives. The position requires strong knowledge of interior and exterior signage systems, architectural interpretation skills, and proficiency in spatial modeling. Accountabilities
Lead pre-sales conceptual design to create compelling branded environments that differentiate the company in strategic opportunities.
Develop 3D visualizations and spatial models for interior and exterior signage, trade show displays, and client presentations.
Interpret architectural plans, elevations, and section details to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.
Drive creative direction for marketing initiatives across digital and physical media, including social media content, landing pages, banners, and internal communications.
Assist with the development and enhancement of sales and executive presentations, ensuring professional layout and coherent narrative.
Collaborate closely with marketing leadership to establish consistent brand staging and communications strategies.
Support RFPs/RFIs with visual materials, case studies, and context-specific design examples as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint emphasis).
Knowledge of CorelDRAW, 3D modeling software, and video editing tools preferred.
Strong knowledge of exterior and interior signage and visual brand systems.
Ability to translate ideas into high-quality visual representations and client-facing presentations.
Critical attention to detail, spatial reasoning skills, and comprehension of client brand documents.
Experience in marketing graphics, trade show design, and digital/physical content creation.
Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
Travel may be required occasionally to support client and field interactions.
