One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Director, Marketing in United States.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing the marketing strategy across various areas, including brand, content, product, and events. You'll drive awareness, accelerate lead generation, and support the next stage of growth for the company. This is a high-velocity role where you will take ownership of marketing initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally to create impactful marketing campaigns.
Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement an end-to-end marketing strategy, including brand, product marketing, content, lifecycle marketing, events, and partnerships
- Lead and grow a team, including a performance marketer, content marketer, and events manager, fostering a collaborative environment
- Execute brand initiatives and campaigns, bringing the brand voice to life across multiple channels
- Drive lead generation and attribution, optimizing the marketing funnel and tracking performance across all channels
- Collaborate with sales, enablement, and operations teams to align messaging and go-to-market strategies
- Manage relationships with external agencies and contractors for content creation, design, and other marketing support
- Lead the execution of major events and conferences, ensuring the brand presence aligns with company objectives
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in SaaS marketing, focusing on product, content, and sales enablement
- 3+ years of experience leading and managing a marketing team, including remote or distributed team management
- Proven experience scaling a SaaS product from $10M to $50M+ ARR, ideally in high-growth environments
- Strong experience marketing to SMB and Mid-Market buyers, with bonus points for experience in healthcare or regulated industries
- Track record of building and executing budgets, delivering measurable results, and optimizing marketing spend
- Strong communication skills, capable of simplifying complex messages and driving impactful results
- Experience with modern marketing tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, and more
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced, ever-changing environments
