This role offers the opportunity to help shape the digital future of a bold, iconic automotive brand reimagining rugged SUVs and trucks for the electric era. You will work across the full design lifecycle, from research and interaction design to visual systems and end-to-end product experiences. Operating in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment, you will design seamless digital journeys across web, mobile, and in-vehicle ecosystems. Your work will directly influence how customers interact with next-generation mobility products and services. You will partner closely with engineering, brand, research, and product teams to deliver cohesive, scalable design solutions. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where creativity, systems thinking, and execution excellence come together to define a modern digital experience.
Accountabilities
- Lead full-stack product design efforts, including user research, interaction design, visual design, and end-to-end experience strategy across digital platforms.
- Design responsive web, mobile, and integrated digital experiences ensuring consistency and usability across all customer touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including product, engineering, brand, communications, and research teams to deliver cohesive customer solutions.
- Apply and evolve a strong design system, including typography, layout, color, iconography, and interaction patterns aligned with brand identity.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure scalable, reusable, and high-quality design implementation.
- Contribute to defining design standards, best practices, and guidelines that elevate product quality across the organization.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high-quality execution in a fast-moving environment.
- Partner with design leadership to strengthen team collaboration, processes, and overall design maturity.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a full-stack or product designer focused on customer-facing digital products.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in web, mobile, and multi-platform product design (required for application).
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable visual systems across responsive and native applications.
- Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design patterns, and digital product ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Strong adaptability, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Preferred mindset: curiosity, resourcefulness, growth orientation, and comfort with ambiguity and change.
