Accountabilities

Conduct quantitative research on user behaviors, product flows, and business trends to identify opportunities and guide next steps
Design and analyze experiments and tests for causal inference in collaboration with technical and business teams
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to scope new features, model potential impacts, and recommend business logic improvements
Define and monitor key metrics, investigate significant changes, and propose solutions
Develop expertise in relevant product areas to inform deeper analysis and insight generation
Contribute to data culture through best practices in data table design, accessibility, and maintenance
Collaborate with, mentor, and support the recruitment of team members

Requirements

4+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or economics
Strong SQL expertise and ability to work with complex datasets
Proven track record in experiment design, analysis, and clear communication of results
Experience collaborating with stakeholders across Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing, managing competing priorities
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional decisions
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in a technical field such as Statistics, Engineering, Analytics, Math, Computer Science, Operations Research, or Economics

Benefits

Salary ranges:
$147,300 - $190,600 for SF Bay Area, San Jose, NYC, or Seattle
$132,600 - $171,600 for Austin, Washington DC, CA, MA, NJ, or WA states
$125,200 - $162,000 for all other U.S. locations
