Accountabilities

In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced data science solutions that improve business outcomes and efficiency. You will translate complex datasets into meaningful insights, build predictive and prescriptive models, and ensure solutions are scalable and production-ready. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align analytical work with business priorities.

• Lead end-to-end data science projects, including model development, experimentation, and deployment to production environments
• Design and implement advanced algorithms and machine learning models across areas such as optimization, NLP, recommendation systems, or computer vision
• Partner with product managers and engineering teams to define priorities, requirements, and delivery timelines
• Communicate insights, technical findings, and strategic recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists, supporting skill development and code quality
• Contribute to building reusable data products, scalable frameworks, and best practices for analytics delivery
• Identify new business opportunities where data science can drive measurable impact

Requirements

This role requires strong expertise in applied data science, statistical modeling, and production-grade machine learning development. You should bring experience working in complex, data-rich environments and be comfortable influencing both technical and business decisions. Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills are essential to succeed in this cross-functional role.

• 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or business intelligence roles
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience working on large datasets
• Experience with cloud or distributed data platforms (e.g., BigQuery or similar)
• Hands-on experience with machine learning techniques, including predictive and prescriptive modeling
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar platforms
• Strong statistical and analytical skills with the ability to solve complex business problems
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and presenting insights to senior stakeholders
• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field preferred
