As a Senior Cyber Security Engineer - Tech Lead, you will guide the design, integration, and implementation of advanced security intelligence solutions for a variety of clients. You will lead project teams, oversee technical deployments, and provide mentorship to engineers while ensuring solutions align with customer security needs and organizational objectives. Your role will involve working with multiple security technologies, integrating with SIEM and SOAR platforms, and analyzing complex security data to deliver actionable insights. You will manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment, act as a technical escalation point, and drive innovation in security intelligence integration. This position combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership, client engagement, and strategic planning, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on customers’ security posture. Collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous learning are key components of success in this fast-paced environment.
Accountabilities
Lead the design and implementation of security intelligence integrations across client environments.
Understand customer cybersecurity workflows and requirements to deliver effective technical solutions.
Scope, design, and deploy custom solutions spanning diverse architectures, applications, and tools.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Mentor and guide Solutions Engineers, supporting their technical growth and development.
Serve as a technical escalation point for integration issues and complex deployments.
Develop and maintain internal and client-facing technical documentation.
Collaborate with client teams to optimize the adoption of security intelligence tools.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in technical deployment, professional services, or cybersecurity operations.
Experience leading or mentoring technical teams in customer-facing roles.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, Threat Intelligence, and Security Operations.
Proficiency in Python, JSON, and development with REST APIs.
Hands-on experience with SIEM tools such as Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight, and SOAR platforms.
Ability to analyze system and infrastructure logs for troubleshooting and security problem-solving.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate security requirements into effective controls.
Experience managing projects independently and coordinating with third parties.
Passion for cybersecurity, coding, and continuous professional development.
Willingness to travel up to 30% as required.
