This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Helium 10. We are currently looking for a Senior Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager in the United States.
This role is ideal for a strategic and results-driven marketing professional ready to own and optimize the entire customer journey—from initial signup through activation, retention, churn reduction, and expansion. You will lead the design and execution of sophisticated lifecycle campaigns across multiple channels, using data and creativity to enhance customer engagement and lifetime value. This position requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for continuous optimization within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end customer lifecycle mapping covering awareness, activation, value realization, and advocacy stages
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation and personalized engagement at every stage of the customer journey
- Design and launch campaigns across email, SMS, in-app messaging, push notifications, and other channels
- Develop segmentation strategies leveraging behavioral, demographic, and transactional data
- Define, track, and report on key lifecycle metrics including activation rates, churn, LTV growth, and engagement
- Continuously test and optimize lifecycle initiatives using A/B testing and performance analysis
- Collaborate with Product, Data, Creative, Sales, and other teams to create a cohesive, automated customer journey
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or related fields
- Proven hands-on expertise with CRM platforms such as Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth via lifecycle monetization strategies including freemium-to-paid conversions and upsell campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics tools like Google Analytics or Amplitude
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in achieving goals
- Experience summarizing and presenting marketing insights to cross-functional stakeholders
- Background in SaaS and/or e-commerce marketing
