Senior Client Solutions Manager, Sports & Entertainment Brand, Influencer Marketing

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Client Solutions Manager, Sports Goods and Merchandise Influencer Marketing based in United States.

This role combines strategic client leadership, commercial ownership, and influencer marketing expertise across a portfolio of large enterprise accounts.

You will be responsible for retaining and growing high-value brand partnerships, with a strong focus on Net Revenue Retention and account expansion.

You will act as a trusted strategic partner to senior brand stakeholders while coordinating teams across sales, strategy, campaigns, paid media, and product.

The role requires you to turn campaign data into actionable recommendations and communicate performance in terms of meaningful business outcomes.

You will oversee delivery across seeding, paid, and integrated campaigns while protecting timelines, budgets, quality, and margins.

As an AI-first team member, you will use AI tools to streamline reporting, renewal planning, upsell preparation, and client insights.

You will also lead and develop CSMs or Junior CSMs, raising the standard of both client management and commercial execution.

Accountabilities

• Own a portfolio of major enterprise accounts, managing retention, expansion, and Net Revenue Retention against defined commercial targets.
• Build trusted relationships with senior brand-side stakeholders and serve as a strategic partner across launches, seasonal campaigns, and always-on influencer programs.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Strategy, Campaigns, Paid Media, and Product to ensure aligned and efficient account execution.
• Translate campaign and account data into actionable strategies, presenting performance against KPIs such as engagement, earned media value, sales lift, and affiliate impact.
• Manage delivery end-to-end across influencer seeding, paid, and integrated campaigns, ensuring timelines, scope, budgets, brand standards, and margins remain on track.
• Identify renewal and expansion opportunities, build account growth plans, and communicate revenue performance with confidence using measurable results.
• Forecast account and campaign performance, optimize programs while they are running, and apply learnings to future initiatives.
• Proactively identify risks related to performance, scope, relationships, margins, capacity, or delivery and address them before they affect the account.
• Maintain accurate tracking and operational processes while ensuring client feedback and internal priorities are clearly communicated and acted upon.
• Lead a pod of CSMs and/or Junior CSMs, providing coaching, workload management, regular feedback, and performance development.
• Use AI tools throughout daily workflows to accelerate reporting, model renewals, prepare upsell opportunities, synthesize client information, and improve decision-making.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in influencer or creator marketing, including substantial experience managing large or enterprise accounts.
• Hands-on expertise with influencer campaigns and strong command of major social platforms, particularly Meta and TikTok.
• Demonstrated track record of client retention and account growth, with the ability to quantify commercial results and explain the factors that influenced them.
• Previous experience being measured against revenue, retention, or Net Revenue Retention targets.
• Direct people-management experience, including conducting 1:1s, managing workloads, coaching team members, and improving performance.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to confidently discuss account revenue, growth opportunities, and business impact.
• Strong operational discipline, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, identify risks early, and maintain reliable execution without constant direction.
• Experience using AI tools as part of everyday work to improve efficiency, generate insights, streamline workflows, and support strategic decision-making.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate campaign performance data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Curious, adaptable, direct, collaborative, and comfortable giving and receiving feedback and addressing difficult conversations when necessary.
