We are seeking a Senior AI Developer to design and build intelligent applications that integrate generative AI, advanced data processing, and operational workflows. This hands-on role combines innovation and delivery, moving projects from prototype to production in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and business leaders, to create AI-powered solutions that improve processes, enhance decision-making, and drive efficiency. This position offers flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid model while engaging with high-impact projects across multiple domains. Accountabilities:

• Architect, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using technologies such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, LangChain, and vector databases.
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, prompt-management frameworks, and secure API integrations.
• Collaborate with business and operational leaders to translate workflows into scalable, maintainable AI solutions.
• Ensure solutions adhere to best practices for scalability, governance, and security.
• Mentor peers, document coding standards, and contribute to the development of an AI engineering culture.
• Turn innovative concepts into functional prototypes and production-ready systems.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of software development experience with Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or C#.
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms, including Azure AI, OpenAI API, AWS Bedrock, or Claude.
• Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, or Azure AI Search.
• Practical experience with RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and model evaluation.
• Proven ability to integrate AI systems with enterprise platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, document management systems).
• Experience in rapid-prototyping environments with iterative development cycles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to interface with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
