Accountabilities

  • Execute active outbound and inbound prospecting to generate and qualify high-quality leads.
  • Conduct strategic conversations with decision-makers to understand business needs and pain points.
  • Diagnose opportunities and qualify leads for conversion into high-value sales meetings.
  • Build, optimize, and manage outreach cadences, scripts, and prospecting approaches.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track key prospecting and conversion metrics.
  • Analyze pipeline performance and provide insights to improve lead generation efficiency.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine funnel strategies and conversion processes.
  • Support and guide junior SDRs when needed, contributing to knowledge sharing and team development.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an SDR, Sales Development, or B2B prospecting role.
  • Strong ability to conduct high-level commercial conversations with decision-makers.
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking metrics and optimizing outreach performance.
  • Excellent organization, discipline, and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and emotional intelligence skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems and prospecting tools.
  • Results-driven profile with a consistent track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work independently with autonomy and structured decision-making.
