Accountabilities

• Lead and manage marketing projects from ideation through execution and delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Coordinate creative workflows by working closely with designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality output.
• Build, optimize, and oversee marketing assets such as funnels, landing pages, and campaign structures.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and cross-team communication to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery.
• Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and support data-driven optimization of campaigns.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital marketing, combining both strategic understanding and hands-on execution experience. You are confident working with funnels, conversion optimization, and campaign structuring, with the ability to connect marketing strategy to performance outcomes. You have experience managing end-to-end projects and coordinating creative production, including collaboration with design and content teams. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, along with a proactive, organized, and self-driven mindset. You are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of results. Familiarity with marketing tools such as CRMs, automation platforms, or project management systems is a plus, as is experience working with international teams.
