The position involves working closely with clinical, operational, and technical teams to optimize processes such as patient onboarding, prior authorizations, benefits verification, dispensing, and specialty medication management. Ideal candidates will bring deep knowledge of specialty pharmacy, regulatory standards, and clinical workflows, while also driving solutions that enhance efficiency, adherence, and patient safety. You will act as the key advocate for end-to-end pharmacy processes, ensuring that technology solutions meet both business and regulatory requirements.
