This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Marketing Manager (Testora) based in Germany.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the growth and market positioning of a self-discovery mobile app focused on personality, intelligence, relationships, career strengths, and personal development. You’ll combine market and user research with product analytics to uncover meaningful opportunities for growth. Working in a fast-paced, international environment, you’ll turn insights into hypotheses and experiments that directly influence the user journey. The role requires a hands-on, analytical mindset and a strong ability to move from identifying a problem to testing and validating a solution. You’ll work closely with product and cross-functional teams while leveraging AI and automation to accelerate experimentation. With strong performance and ownership, the position can develop into a broader product marketing leadership opportunity.

Accountabilities

  • Conduct market and user research to identify emerging trends, user needs, behavioral patterns, and opportunities for product growth.
  • Generate, evaluate, and prioritize product growth hypotheses based on research, product metrics, and business objectives.
  • Design and launch structured growth experiments to validate hypotheses and identify the most effective approaches.
  • Analyze experiment results and product data to determine what is working, identify root causes, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Use spreadsheets, product metrics, and data-driven analysis to support decision-making and measure the impact of growth initiatives.
  • Explore and apply AI and automation tools to accelerate the design, development, and launch of new user journeys and experimentation workflows.
  • Collaborate with product and other cross-functional stakeholders to turn insights into practical product and marketing initiatives.
  • Take ownership of projects from problem identification through execution, measurement, and iteration.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of growth processes, experimentation frameworks, and product marketing practices.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment with a demonstrated ability to deliver measurable results; exceptional candidates with less experience may also be considered.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex challenges, identify root causes, and drive solutions through to completion.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and confidence working with product metrics, spreadsheets, data-driven hypotheses, and experiment results.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adopt new AI and automation tools to improve productivity, experimentation, and user journey development.
  • Strong ownership mentality, initiative, and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to prioritizing opportunities and making decisions.
  • Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher (B2+), with the ability to communicate clearly in an international working environment.
  • Entrepreneurial experience is a plus.
  • A degree from a leading university is advantageous.
  • Genuine interest in psychology, personality, self-development, or related areas is a plus.

Benefits

  • High-impact opportunity within a fast-growing product environment focused on self-discovery and personal development.
  • Clear opportunity to grow into a Product Marketing Manager Lead position.
  • Remote-first culture with flexible working arrangements and the ability to work remotely or from available corporate hubs.
  • Coworking compensation, including full compensation in Ukraine outside Kyiv and partial compensation for coworking spaces worldwide.
  • Free lunches for employees working from corporate hubs.
  • Flexible public holiday policy with six fixed holidays and five additional holidays selected according to individual preferences.
  • 100% sick leave compensation.
  • Partial coverage for medical insurance, sports activities, and therapy to support mental and physical well-being.
  • Necessary work equipment provided, with maintenance costs covered when applicable.
  • 70% coverage of professional development courses and 100% coverage of corporate English courses.
  • 18 working days of paid vacation and 3 personal days annually, with an additional vacation day added for each year of tenure.
  • Opportunities to participate in corporate events and team-building activities across international hubs.
