One of our companies is currently looking for a Product Marketing Manager in Canada.

We're looking for a strategic and creative Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market efforts for a fast-growing SaaS platform in the construction tech space. You'll define messaging, create compelling content, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product positioning and adoption. This is a high-impact role where you'll shape how customers perceive and experience the product. Accountabilities:

• Define product positioning and messaging that differentiates offerings in the market
• Lead go-to-market strategy, including pricing, packaging, and promotional plans
• Develop content such as case studies, sales collateral, training videos, and website copy
• Partner with sales, support, engineering, and product teams to align GTM efforts
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform product direction
• Educate internal teams and customers on product features and value propositions
• Measure and optimize user journeys and product adoption across channels

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 2 in a high-growth SaaS startup
• Background in SMB or vertical SaaS industries; construction tech experience is a plus
• Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation
• Strong content creation skills across multiple formats (e.g., blogs, podcasts, videos)
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Confident public speaker who enjoys simplifying complex ideas
• Creative problem-solver with a collaborative and adaptable mindset
