In this role, you will contribute to creating exceptional user experiences for enterprise cloud products. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to design solutions that are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with business goals. Your work will span the full design process from ideation to implementation, influencing complex workflows and ensuring consistency across products. You will focus on translating user needs into clear flows, wireframes, and prototypes while leveraging design systems for scalable solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong UX expertise, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to simplify complex data and multi-step tasks for end users. Accountabilities:

As a Product Designer II, you will own the user experience and contribute to product success:

Understand project goals and deliver high-quality design specifications on time
Partner with product managers and engineers to execute design projects from start to finish
Scope work and balance short-term delivery needs with long-term product strategy
Produce high-quality creative solutions for complex problems based on research and user goals
Create clear user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications
Organize content, expand components, and promote design system usage to ensure product consistency
Provide feedback, documentation, and guidance to team members and contribute to shared design knowledge

Requirements

Candidates should have proven experience designing enterprise solutions and working collaboratively:

Minimum of 4 years of experience designing enterprise cloud-based solutions
Ability to lead ideation sessions and translate concepts into intuitive designs
Expertise in end-to-end UX processes: user journeys, task analysis, wireframing, prototyping, and research
Skilled in creating for user personas, multi-step tasks, and complex data interactions
Strong proficiency in Figma and other design tools
Experience with enterprise SaaS products is preferred
Excellent collaboration, verbal, and written communication skills
Online portfolio demonstrating design thinking, problem-solving, and product outcomes

Bonus Points:

Knowledge of cybersecurity or security-focused products
Experience with design systems and platform-scale design projects
